Course Summary
The course builds on the knowledge the students would have gained in Energy and Climate Change Law and Policy I. Specific topics include: Concept of Climate Change and Renewable Energy; International Law and Politics of Climate Change; Climate Change under Regional and National Law; Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation; and Renewable Energy – Legal, Policy and Emerging Issues.
