Oil prices are rising as the US relaxes travel restrictions and the EU considers expanding access.

Oil prices rose on Tuesday as more US states relaxed travel restrictions and the EU sought to draw tourists, helping to alleviate concerns about fuel demand in India as Covid-19 cases continue to rise. 

After climbing 1.2 percent on Monday, Brent crude futures were 65c, or 0.96 percent, higher at $68.21 a barrel at 8.22 a.m. GMT.
