Professor Akinbolaji Iwayemi, the Principal Investigator of the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law is now a Council Member of International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).
The International Association for Energy Economics which was founded in 1977 in response to the 70's energy crisis is a worldwide non-profit professional organization based in the United States, which has members in over 100 nations, who strive to provide an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of ideas, experience and issues among professionals interested in energy economics.
Prof Akin Iwayemi is also on the Editorial Board of Economics of Energy and environmental Policy published by International Association for Energy Economics
