Prof. Peter Obutte
Professor Obutte teaches International Economic Law and International Environment & Development Law at the post – graduate program of the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He also teaches Jurisprudence and Legal Theory, and Public International Law at the final year class of the Faculty.
Prof. Obutte’s research focuses on issues relating to: Economic Regulations; Competition Law; Energy Internet; Intellectual Property Law; International Law of Development; Information and Communications Technology Law; and Public International Law.
Prof. Obutte holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Ibadan; Master of Laws (LL.M), Ife; Cert. Anti – Trust, Fordham; Sp. Master of Laws (Sp. LL.M) and Doctor of Laws (LL.D), Oslo.
Prof. Obutte was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.
